Pet World request its customers to kindly read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before using any of the services provided by Pet World. By clicking “sign-in”, “create account”, or “submit order” and entering or otherwise using our website, you automatically agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions that is posted on Pet World may be modified or amended if it is required. This Terms and Conditions is a contract between Pet World and its valuable customers.
Account formation
In order to purchase products from Pet World, customers must register an account with our website. As the first step, customers have to register by providing their e-mail address. To the given email address a password will be sent. With the provided password they can login to Pet World. Information related to the user can be updated in ‘Account Details’. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Alteration
Pet World has the right to make changes or alterations to any of its Terms and Conditions at any time when it is required. Pet World will not be held liable in respect of such alterations as it is the responsibility of the user to keep updated regarding such modifications. The users are bound to agree with all changes being made by Pet World at any time.
Details & discounts related to products
Customers are supposed to create an account in Pet World in order to make purchases from the website. This helps the customer to view their past orders and purchases whenever required.
All charges mentioned in Pet World are displayed in Myanmar Kyat. Prices or charges mentioned on the website are subject to change without any prior notice. Details related to information, measurement, and other description if any, of products provided in Pet World are calculated and confirmed to be accurate.
Prohibitions
Users should not issue any information that violates or disrupts the copyright, trademark, patent, logo, trade secrets, or any other proprietary rights of Pet World.
Users are not allowed to use the website in any manner that is illegal or damages the operation of Pet World.

Any damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unlawful access, breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or for any other cause of such action Pet World will not be held liable.
Faults and Omissions
If the users notice any fault or omission of detail, pricing, etc. related to the product, it will be updated by Pet World at the earliest without any prior notice. Further, if there’s any mistake in price or information of a particular product that the customer has already purchased, then Pet World has the right to cancel the order and precise the faults. In case the customer has made a payment for the purchase, Pet World will reimburse the amount within 3-7 business days.
Guarantees and warranties
Pet World provides guarantees and warranties to the extent permitted by law. Pet World is not liable for any damages, losses or indirect losses suffered by the user or customer with their use of our website or the content on it.
Taxes
Customers shall be responsible for payment of all costs, and charges associated with the purchase of products from Pet World.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Pet World are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the exporter by Pet World.
Agreement for sale of goods
The parties to the agreement are Pet World and the customer. By placing an order customers approve that they have read the terms and conditions and accepted the same.
Once order is made for a particular product payment must be made online or customers can opt for the Cash-On-Delivery option. Pet World has the right to accept or reject any offer made. No contract is formed until we communicate acceptance of the order made by the customer.
Electronic communication
Users agree to accept communications from Pet World electronically, such as e-mails, and text messages to mobile and they can retain copies of these communications for future records. Users shall also agree to all agreements, notices, and other communications that are provided electronically by Pet World are satisfied by any legal requirements.
Intellectual property rights and content
All content available on Pet World, including text, graphics, images of products, and copyright works are owned by Pet World. Pet World contains trademarks, tag line; logo which is owned and used Pet World. It is strictly prohibited to use these above-said marks without prior written permission from Pet World. No one is allowed to modify, translate, copy or misuse any part of the website and if any such deed is noticed, their account will be terminated and strict action would be taken by Pet World against them.
Fraud
Pet World has the right to take action on those persons who act unlawful and act against the terms mentioned in website.
Complaints
Pet World tries its level best to provide the best products and services to its customers. Nevertheless, if customers find any complaints regarding the services, usage, content, comment or anything related to website please feel free to inform the same to Pet World by sending an email to info@petworld.com.mm. Users can also make a call to the customer service of Pet World and share their complaints. And immediate action will be taken by Pet World to clear out all the complaints.

Pet World confirms that information, content, terms and conditions mentioned in Pet World are precise. Anyhow, the information related to products and other data that have been collected from other sources were mentioned as received. Termination
Pet World has the right to cancel or dismiss the account and access of user to the website without any prior notice, if any fraud act or act against the terms and conditions are noticed by Pet World. This will bring an end to the use of accounts by users. The provisions mentioned in intellectual property rights, user content, acceptance, disclaimer, indemnity, together with any other rights and obligations which by their nature are reasonably intended to survive such termination.
Cancellation of order
Due to certain reasons, there are chances of orders getting canceled. Pet World has the right to cancel the order. Cancellation of an order may be due to an error in information or pricing of product, shortage of ordered product, etc. if a pre-paid order is getting canceled, the amount paid through online payment will be repaid by Pet World to the customer’s account within 5-7 business days.
Customers can make a request for order cancellation within 24 hours from the time an order is placed. Customers cannot cancel an order if the order has been already dispatched from the store. If the order cancellation request is made before dispatch, Pet World will cancel the order and repay the amount paid within 5-7 business days. Pet World has the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellation.
